Johnson Bank Selects DiCom Credit Risk Management Solutions
Orlando, Fla., (November 15, 2006) --- DiCom Software, a leading provider of credit risk management technology solutions for financial institutions, announced today that Johnson Bank has licensed LRS Enterprise and Portfolio Analysis. Based in Racine, Wisconsin, Johnson Bank is a $4 billion financial services company with 50 locations serving customers throughout Wisconsin and Arizona.

LRS Enterprise and Portfolio Analysis are flagship applications in DiCom’s Credit Quality Solution (CQS) suite. LRS Enterprise enables loan reviewers to obtain a thorough view of the credit quality of their entire portfolio at any point during the review process. Portfolio Analysis provides immediate access to current and historical credit information, delivering enterprise-wide analytics on loan portfolio composition and risk performance over time. It also features a query builder that generates a graphical view of data for simplified management reporting.

According to Lou Ann Morey, Vice President of Credit Risk Review for Johnson Bank, LRS Enterprise has replaced the manual, highly labor-intensive methods of their former loan review process.

“We have been using manual processes and spreadsheets and it just wasn’t giving us the efficiency we need as a dynamic, growing financial organization,” said Morey. “We were losing 16 man-hours a month mining data manually from our core banking system to develop reports. This interrupted our normal workflow and the loan review process. Now, we can easily and quickly access the data we need by different criteria, such as by industry code to address a particular market segment. Or, each individual department or branch, if authorized, can access the same integrated data and produce their own reports on demand.”

According to Debra Amann, Senior Vice President of Corporate Credit, the increased efficiencies will be particularly evident in the preparation of monthly board reports.

“We will now be able to fully automate the board reporting process. This was one of the challenges we wanted to overcome through the implementation of DiCom’s Portfolio Analysis offering. Preparing these reports took an inordinate amount of time and a full team of people,” said Amann. “We are looking forward to offering our clients increased efficiency, more meaningful loan portfolio analysis data and a higher degree of consistency across all of our credit risk management processes with the selection of these two solutions.”

“We are pleased to bring this level of automation and efficiency to Johnson Bank,” said DiCom President Carolyn Nobles. “As they finalize their implementation, we look forward to working with them to fully leverage all the capabilities of LRS Enterprise and Portfolio Analysis to help them refine and enhance the credit risk management operations.”
