Implementation

Implementation is a systematic series of events leading up to a new DiCom CQS user’s first activity. The DiCom CQS implementation is a low impact process focused on getting institutions up and running quickly and seamlessly.

Training

DiCom offers services targeted to the needs of customers using the DiCom software products.

Training options to fit any institution's training requirements provide new users the ability to begin productive risk management activities as soon as they implement DiCom CQS. Training can be completed on-site with the institution's analysts, or for small community institutions with one to two users, remotely from DiCom’s headquarters in Orlando. Training can also take place in an off-site location centrally located for the convenience of the institution.

Support
