Implementation
An Implementation Guide is provided explaining the step by
step installation process. In addition, the DiCom support
team works with the client throughout the implementation process
to ensure the installation goes smoothly.
DiCom CQS:
All DiCom CQS modules require a custom interface module
to provide a seamless flow of data from the client’s
loan accounting system to DiCom CQS. This custom module can
be developed by the Client’s Information Technology
department or by DiCom’s development team.
LRS Lite:
The Lite system can be quickly installed by the user by
following the Installation Guide.

Training
On Site Training:
Our trainers can come on-site to provide in-house training
to get your review team up and running quickly. On-site training
provides the advantage of utilizing your own data and equipment
for training purposes. This enables your analysts to move
from the training environment into a live review with minimum
transition.
Off Site Training:
For geographically dispersed groups, training accommodations
can be arranged at a centrally located site to minimize travel
impacts for all participants.
Internet Training:
For one or two users, training can be conducted over the
internet from the Orlando office.
